As a kid growing up in the small town of Bowman SC, I spent many weekends watching my Daddy and older brother smoke an entire pig. They would stay up all night slow cooking that pig. The next day the smell of fresh cooked BBQ was everywhere. The smell filled the air for miles and brought family and friends running to enjoy Daddy’s barbeque.

Just before the pig was ready to be taken off the grill, Daddy would go into the house and make a batch of his “secret” barbeque sauce for family and friends to enjoy.  The flavor was unbelievable! It always left everyone wanting more. 

My Daddy passed away in 1993 but his memory will always be with me and my siblings.  Before he passed, Daddy taught me the recipe of the “secret” barbeque sauce that had been passed down to him from his father. MY DADDY’S BAR-B-QUE was born from that recipe and a desire to honor Daddy.

One taste of MY DADDY’S BAR-B-QUE will make your taste buds cry out for more of the taste you can only find at MY DADDY’S BAR-B-QUE.  Since coming to live New Mexico, we have added a little bit of New Mexico to South Carolina style BBQ. 

But don’t think that all we do is BBQ. At MY DADDY’S we also cook Spanish dishes, seafood and very tasty steaks with fixins of your choice.  Whatever you’re craving, we are positive we can fill your HUNGRY! So stop by or give us a call today.
